All of our LED Christmas lights are fully rectified, full wave LEDs. Fully rectified and full wave means that the lights are brighter and do not flicker like lesser quality half-wave or non-rectified LED Christmas lights.

Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) recently updated the standard for seasonal holiday lighting using LEDs. The previous standard which was based on incandescent lighting wattage only allowed for the end-to-end connection of 3 sets. The new standard allows for the end-to-end connection of a total of 220 watts. Thus, the number of stings you can connect end-to-end depends on the total wattage of each string. All of our products indicate how many strings can be connected end-to-end in the product details.

You may return any product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be unopened and in new condition. Most of our Christmas light sets can be plugged in and tested for color and appearance without opening the packaging.

After 90 days you may return in product that is in new condition for store credit or exchange.

Most of our orders are shipped using standard UPS ground shipping. We ship from our warehouse in south central Michigan and shipping time will depend on your address. In most cases, all of our shipments are received within 5-7 days. For more detailed information about shipping times please visit the UPS website.

99% of all orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day. All orders placed over the weekend, during a holiday, or after 2 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
