Yes. Most all products which have electrical wiring which uses a PVC wire cover contain a very small, but unharmful, amount of lead. The lead is used in the PVC as a heat resistant insulator and to ensure consistency in the wire coloring. There is also lead in most every product in your home which uses a power cord. However, no one was aware of this until California passed a law which required all consumer products that may be sold in California to provide a notice if the product contained any amount of lead.

While we do not recommend that you eat our Christmas lights, there is no danger from lead exposure from normal use.

In the unlikely event that one LED bulb in one of our light sets goes out the rest will remain illuminated.

Some of our products feature a two-piece Flex-Change design which allows for bulbs to be removed, replaced and interchanged with other bulb colors and styles. If a bulb is removed from the socket of a Flex-Change set it will break the circuit and the balance of the lights will not illuminate. However, if the bulb remains in the socket but simply goes out the rest of the light set will remain illuminated.

Under Writer's Laboratory (UL)sets the standard for the number of Christmas lights that can be connected end-to-end. The new UL standard provides that a total of 220 watts may be connected on one 15 amp circuit. Generally, each LED light bulb on our light strings is about .05 watts. The description for each product includes the specific number of sets of that product that can be connected end to end.

All of our standard grade LED string lights do not require a power adapter. Only our commercial Christmas lights require a power adapter.

Yes, all of our LED Christmas lights operate on standard 110v household power. Our lights have a male and female end. The male end plugs into a standard U.S. outlet and additional sets can be connected end-to-end using the female end plug. Some of our commercial Christmas lights require a power adapter but still operate on standard 110 power.

The majority of our products are manufactured in China. Currently, there are no LED Christmas lights manufactured in the United States.

We generally ship all orders received before 2 pm EST on the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. EST, over the weekend, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

All of our LED Christmas lights are fully rectified, full wave LEDs. Fully rectified and full wave means that the lights are brighter and do not flicker like lesser quality half-wave or non-rectified LED Christmas lights.

Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) recently updated the standard for seasonal holiday lighting using LEDs. The previous standard which was based on incandescent lighting wattage only allowed for the end-to-end connection of 3 sets. The new standard allows for the end-to-end connection of a total of 220 watts. Thus, the number of stings you can connect end-to-end depends on the total wattage of each string. All of our products indicate how many strings can be connected end-to-end in the product details.

You may return any product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be unopened and in new condition. Most of our Christmas light sets can be plugged in and tested for color and appearance without opening the packaging.

Most of our orders are shipped using standard UPS ground shipping. We ship from our warehouse in south central Michigan and shipping time will depend on your address. In most cases, all of our shipments are received within 5-7 days. For more detailed information about shipping times please visit the UPS website.

99% of all orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will ship the same day. All orders placed over the weekend, during a holiday, or after 2 p.m. EST will ship the next business day. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
