How do I change or cancel and order which I recently placed?

If you recently placed an order with us an you would like to make changes to or cancel your order please call us as soon as possible at 517.962.5528. If your order has not yet shipped we will gladly make any necessary changes or additions to your order. Please note that most orders placed on a weekday before 2pm EST will ship the same day.

If your order has already shipped and you would like to cancel your order or it includes items you decided you no longer want you may return any portion of your order for a full refund within 30 days. For more information please see our refund policy.

If your order has already shipped and you would like to add additional products to your order please place a new order online.
