Product Warranty
The following warranties are available to the original purchaser of our products:
LED Christmas Lights
Our LED light sets are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for 3 years from the date of purchase for seasonal (90 days) use. *Our products are not rated or warranty for permanent installation. If your light set fails during the warranty period we will repair or replace the product. If we cannot repair the product and the item is no longer available we will replace your product with a comparable item of equal or lesser value of your choosing. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall LEDChristmasLights.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set.
We process the warranty claims for all of our LED string lighting products for the first year. After the first year you may have to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service depending on the product purchased.
C7 and C9 Retrofit Bulbs
Our LED C7 and C9 retrofit replacement bulbs are warrantied for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase for seasonal (90 day) use. *Our C7 and C9 LED replacement bulbs are not intended or warrantied for permanent installation. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if light set is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall LEDChristmasLights.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light set. PAR Style LED Replacement Bulbs
Our PAR30 and PAR38 LED light bulbs are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if the bulb is damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or if any of the identifying labels are removed. In no event shall LEDChristmasLights.com be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business profits, resulting in any defects in the light bulb.

General Warranty Provisions
You must pay all shipping costs for warranty service.
Warranty claims without proof of purchase will not be honored. In most cases, we can confirm your purchase if you provide us the email address associated with your order.
We offer no warranty on any of other products. We expressly disclaim liability for any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purposes other than those expressly set forth on this page.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
If you have a product warranty claim please email us at customerservice@ledchristmaslights.com and provide the following information:
1. Order number; and
2. Nature of defect or problem with the product.
We will respond to your email and provide you with instructions for processing your warranty claim.
