LEDChristmasLights.com stands behind its products and its customer service. If you are not happy with your order for any reason you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

When you receive your order please be sure to inspect the product and plug it in to inspect the light set color as illuminated to be sure you are satisfied. All of our products can be plugged in without opening the packaging.

*We cannot accept returns for opened products unless there is a product defect.
