Shipping & Order Tracking

*Holiday Schedule

We will be closed for the Christmas holiday from December 22-26th. All orders placed on these days will ship on the 27th. We will also be closed on December 30th for the New Year's holiday. Orders place on this day will ship on January 2nd.

Order Processing Times

All orders placed by 12 p.m. EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m., on the weekend, or on a holiday will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Our default shipping method for all orders being shipped to customers in the lower 48 is UPS or FedEx Ground. If your order is being shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada our standard shipping method is USPS priority.

Most orders are shipped from our facility in JACKSON, MICHIGAN 49202.

If you need your order quickly, we also offer at least 1 expedited shipping option such as UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day. Next day shipping is also available upon request. Please contact customer service if you required next day service.

Shipping Transit Times

Most orders which are shipped by standard ground shipping will arrive within 1-5 days depending on the location the order is shipped to. If you would like a more precise estimate of shipping transit times please see the UPS Ground Map application or the FedEx Ground Map.

Order Tracking

All orders shipped from our facility are assigned a tracking number by the carrier. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. We will also updated your order status as "shipped" and include the tracking # in the order comments.
